Just got a new Iphone and Arlo wont recognize or push a trust through to my phone. My notifications are on for this app

Has the new phone been set as trusted and set as the primary device to receive the 2FA requests?

The settings referenced are accessible when logged into the app.
Suggest you use a pc to login to the arlo web login site my.arlo.com.
After you have logged in go to settings/account profile/login settings/two-step verification and trust the new phone and edit to set it as primary for receiving the 2FA requests.
