 Credut card scammed and thus changed Cannot pay bill  Trying to change card but told I do not have a plan BUT have had one for years.  System bought at Costco and now Arlo looking for some code number that was on box  Can anyone help

Are you looking in the primary account? Or are you looking in a "friend" account?

Did they tell you more exactly what they need?

  1. Serial numbers?
  2. model information?
  3. ???

Also, make sure you are accessing support through the support center of the app.  If you google for a phone number, you most always end up at a scam support center.
