We recently moved. We are wanting to set up our old cameras at our new home. We are having issues getting the cameras to connect with the app.

The easiest thing is to make use of the same SSID and password in your new house as in the old one. Your cameras, assuming you didn't remove the cameras from your account, should automatically reconnect.

Did you remove the cameras from the account? Or possibly use the factory reset procedure?
If the answer to both is "no", then they should connect if they are fully charged and the wifi credentials are set up the same way in the new home as they were before.
If they don't, then post back.
