I have subscribed a CVR plan for one of my Pro 4 camera which is originally connected to my smart hub. However, my smart hub is out of order and I need to re-connect my Pro 4 camera to my wi-fi directly. After reset of the camera, the CVR plan of the Pro 4 cannot work.
I login to my account and go to CVR subscription. It keeps showing "You need cameras in your account to start a subscription." I tried to cancel the CVR subscription and re-subscribe again. However, the same error message appears....
Did anyone have similar experience? I have already added the camera to my account and I don't know why it keeps showing the error message....
