Ive never been able to add a camera from the app. I login to the website in order to add a camera. I click on View Cameras, and I go straight back to the login screen.
I've had nothing but issues getting a camera linked to my account. This is my third one, and thus far, the worst cluster yet.
Please help if you can.
Frank

Are you sure you are logging into my.arlo.com?
I'm not seeing any "View Cameras" option there. Normally you'd click on "Devices" and then "Add Device". I am using the new "Feed" interface, but I don't think "View Cameras" was there with Library either.
If you are logged into my.arlo.com, it'd be helpful if you post a screenshot.

All embedded images need to be reviewed and approved before they are shown.
It looks like you are using a mobile browser - is that correct?

The screen looks basically the same. Same colors, options, etc. When I click on My Account, then View Cameras, I get a new tab opened, and an Arlo logo. That's it. It does nothing else.

Are you seeing the devices screen along the side?
If not, are you seeing it on along the top?
Either way, you should be going to the devices screen, and not my account. Then you should see "add device" at the bottom of the screen.

This time, it went to that logo page, then to the login screen like in my app. I logged in there, and got to my cameras. Add Device was there. Named device, and now firmware is updating.
It might be getting it done now.

I still don't understand. Even with the laptop, it's a bit of a run-around.
But either way, it's up and running.
Thank you for helping me with this.
