Please help, I just bought Arlo 4 security cameras. Installed the Android App on my phone, followed all the setup steps but when it tries to locate any of the cameras its unsuccessful. I did the following steps:
1) connect to home internet (5G)
2) remove camera from housing, install battery, reinstall camera in housing, verify blue light is blinking (Slowly)
3) Scan QR Code (Chime is heard)
4) when it tries to locate it starts off slowly blinking blue then after a few seconds it blinks amber quickly a few times and shuts off. I manually press the sync button to keep the blue light slowly blinking and wait. Ends up not being able to locate my the camera. I've tried restarting my phone, uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Still no success. Can somebody please help me.
Thanks,

Do you mean 5 gHz Wifi? If so, are you using a different network name for 2.4 ghz? Pro 3 cameras connect to 2.4 gHz, not 5 gHz.
Also, you might try using a PC - browsing to my.arlo.com.
