Create an account

I have got Arlo Pro 4 camera, and I have downloaded the Arlo apps via Android, it shows the error message when I create an account. I have tried several times, and it still has the same problem. Also, there is not option for me to create an arlo account through website. How to solve it? Thank you.

Are you using my.arlo.com?  You should be seeing this:

Problem solved. I can login by this community account. No need to create a new account via mobile app.
