Hello does anyone know a way to reach a human being in support? I prefer not to struggle with a virtual AI assistant.  I would even consider email options as long as I can connect with a person. 

I have questions about billing matters.

You have to have a subscription for this. Temporarily subscribe to a single camera plan in Settings, Subscription and unsubscribe when done. If you already have a sub or at least the trial sub that comes with the camera, you should already be able to have access to support through the mobile app.
