A subscription message is blocking me from seeing my library for my 2 cameras. I can’t close it. Everything I read before I purchased the cameras said that I did not need a subscription.
I’ve closed it & logged out and back in. Changed nothing.
Worked fine for months.
So now my expensive pro 4 cameras are unusable?

Cameras released after 2018 require a subscription for cloud recordings after the 3 month Trial including the Pro4. If you connected it to a Smart Hub or Base you can locally store the recordings but with limitations.

BTW, if you have zones set up that may trigger the subscription message. Clear your zones in the camera settings to see if that helps.
Otherwise, a subscription is needed unless you use that hub suggested above.
