Just purchased the Pro 4 XL 3 camera system with smart hub. Two of three camera ls synced and firmware updated. Third camera cannot sync. Called support, they are telling me the only way to fix the issue is to charge me $100 to update firmware on my account that I just created today. System comes with 3 month free trial. At no point in the instructions, the app setup process does it say it will cost me an additional $100 to setup and use this system. Am going to consider Arlo to be a ripoff and a piece of junk camera system and go get my $500 back.

Could you provide more details about what happens when you attempt to sync the third camera?
Try connecting the included charging cable so that the camera is powered during the sync process. Do you still experience the same behavior?
