I have changed my wifi mesh to an Orbi Pro Mini wifi6 and tried to connect my pro4 using the 2.5GHz band. The camera is detected and connected to the network when I check the router connect devices. The app also can find the camera successfully. Then when trying to access the camera using the app, it says it is not connected. I have tried multiple times to no avail. My 2 cameras are currently useless wjhile it was working like a charm before.
It seems it is losing the configuration, when I look at the SSID it is showing empty, but it was initially connecte.

Is the network security set to WPA2-PSK [AES]?
