Delay between next detection/recording

There is a major flaw for this camera. So I can pull up in my vehicle and park and the camera will capture it but, then I exit my vehicle and enter my residence and the camera never captures me. Like what? I've gone through all the settings and nothing useful. Is there not a fix for this? Such a secure camera.......

Has this just started happening or since it was installed?

Are you using the arlo smart notifications or basic notifications?

Do you have activity zones applied to the camera?

 Is the wanted motion activity across the camera’s field of view and within the 25ft range limit?

 If you set the camera trigger rule in the active mode for a longer recording time will it work for you as a workaround?
