I have the Arlo Pro 4 cameras and the hub 34540. Can I get the free 7-day cloud storage?

No.

The arlo pro 4 cameras require a subscription plan to achieve cloud storage. The 7days free cloud storage ended after the pro2 model.

The VMB4540 Base will allow you to download the USB backup recordings from your app if implemented.
