At the end of say, a 15 second motion-activated video recording, is there a delay before the camera will begin to capture a new motion-activated recording ? Just from observing the camera, it appears that it is limited to only capturing one video per minute. One 15 second video per minute may not always be sufficient. Is there a configuration option to either extend the length of the video or to tell the camera to immediately begin another video as soon as the first on is finished ?

Yes. Look in the rule for the camera. https://kb.arlo.com/42/What-are-modes-and-rules-and-how-does-Arlo-use-them
