I need to grant my wife access to see our arlo Pro 4 camera feeds on her cell phone. The instructions are clear on how I add a "friend" but not clear on what my wife has to do to see the video feeds from the cameras on her cell phone.
(1) Does she need to download an arlo app to her cell phone?
(2) Are the videos viewed via a browser on her cell phone?
Installing the cameras was easy. Getting my wife access to the videos on her cell phone has become the most difficult part of the process.
For personalized support specific to the Arlo products you own, access Support from within the Arlo iOS or Android App. Simply login to your Arlo App, go to Settings, Support, then select the Arlo product you would like support for.
