How do I view cameras that were shared with me? I created an account, but can't find where to view them.

"it depends." (TM)

As a new user you have the new user interface (UI) that shows Feed to view the shared videos. The person who shared also needs to use this UI, not the old one that uses Library to view them.

If both of you have the new UI, click on Home at the top and choose the bottom choice. Every user gets their own Home location so you would need to select his. You may want to rename your Home so it's easy to determine which one to use.

If the camera owner still sees Library, he needs to migrate to the new UI before you can see his cameras and videos. Let us know what's up so we can step him through the process. It's a big change so he should set aside some time to get used to things and make the changes he will likely need to do.

I have a question idk if you could help me .. plz .. so I’m logging in from my new phone and the username and password went in fine . But then it asks me to trust this device or not trust . And when I put trust , it’s telling me to turn on “push” in my settings . I have no idea what that means or no idea how to do that . I know u can turn on push like for emails and mine is already in for that . Do you think you could help me plzzzzz🙏🏻
