Arlo Pro4 night recordings very poor

I just installed 6 new Arlo Pro 4 cameras. Night recordings are very poor/blurry. I am getting the run-around from Arlo customer service (page error when submitting recordings, chat too busy/states will contact me in 1-2 days). I did a factory reset with no improvement. Does anyone know how to fix night recordings?
My 7 year old Arlo Pro 2 cameras worked great. End of life forced me to buy 6 new Arlo Pro 4 cameras. So far this experience has been nothing but a waste of time and money!

EOL didn't force you to buy new cameras but perhaps not reading the emails and other docs completely caused you to believe you did. EOLed cameras continue to work as before with no firmware updates (haven't happened for a couple of years now anyway) or support other than here. If they work now they will continue to work.
As for nighttime video quality, have you enabled color night vision in your camera settings? A screenshot of the nighttime view could be useful.
