How do you get any help from Arlo? This is ridiculous, I’m pushed into a chat with a computer that doesn’t understand responses and it goes in circles. For the cost of theses cameras, this level of service is unacceptable. Oh and don’t say on your website there is phone number to call when in fact there isn’t one! Absolutely infuriating that it’s this difficult to get help.

As you say, there isn't one (and they haven't said that since they switched to the new support model).  FWIW, I am not a fan of the new support model either.

Phone support generally requires a subscription (trial or paid) - if you have one for any camera, you can select it, and then you should find a phone option in the app.  Note you can then get help on any camera (even if it isn't under subscription).

It gets really hard if you can't onboard the camera in the first place, or if you want a warranty replacement for a camera after the trial ends.  You can tag one of the mods using the @ ( @JamesC or @ShayneS ), as they often can facilitate.  Or PM them using the envelope icon in the upper right of the forum page.

What problem are you having?  We might be able to help you here.
