Hello, I have just recently installed Arlo cameras but have had a Arlo doorbell over a year. 
on two occasions I have contacted customer support by phone and spoken with the same person both times. He has been extremely rude, condescending and has zero patience. I find his behavior completely unacceptable and wonder if any of you have experienced this with live customer service?  Is there a way to email Arlo regarding this?  I have looked for an email address with no results.

    Also do you happen to have a case number or timestamp of this call/event. I will have the team look in to this.

I just called and must of gotten the same person you did.

Inpatient, rude and taking over me. When I asked to speak to someone else he stated there was no one else that I could talk to.

He then started telling me I had to sign up for a new guidelines for my devices to continue working at a additional cost.

Did not answer my original question at all. I was so taking back by the lack of customer service I told him I was hanging up. I myself trying to figure out next steps....I suppose get rid of Arlo and contact Better Business Bureau. 

Social Media blast also.

How did you reach support?  Googling for a phone number usually leads to a scam support site.
