Can you clarify what you mean?
With the Pro 4, a QR code is only needed when you are onboarding the camera to your home wifi. If you select that option, then you will need to enter your WiFi network name and passphrase. The app turns that into a QR code that is displayed on the phone or PC screen, and then that code is scanned by the camera so it knows what WiFi network to join.
If you have a different camera model, please let us know what you have.
