HOW TO SUBMIT SEVERAL JPG DOCUMENTS IN AN OPEN CASE FILE

As part of an ongoing open support case, Arlo requested that I submit documentation to support proof of purchases (Pro 4 camera, XL batteries, dual battery charger).  I have 5 jpg documents to submit, but cannot figure out how to send them all at once rather than make 5 separate submissions for each document.  Any advice?

Have you tried using a zip container with all your documents?

Alternatively import all the documents into a single jpg picture and submit.
