Fluttery static on multiple cameras

I recently got a Pro 4 and two Pro 3 Floodlights.  All 3 of them have a weird fluttery clicky static noise in live and recorded vids.  Online chat had me remove them from my account, factory reset and add back to my account.  It doesn't seem to have helped.

I see a number of threads on this same noise.  Has any one actually got it fixed?  The chat agent arranged to send new cameras.  I'm not so sure that's going to fix the issue.
