Trying to connect camera to wifi network. Make it thru all the steps successfully until update firmware (which is the last step). Unable to update successfully. If you choose to update later, the camera is not connected to network and doesn't work. I have factory reset, removed device, started over multiple times. Doesn't Work! No phone number to call for support. 3 days in and way too much of my time. Any suggestions?
