Can someone (hopefully from Arlo) explain to me why I cant get support on a product within the 1 year warranty period? From Arlo's website:
My product is within the period, yet I cannot get Live Chat support (at a minimum). Not only that, I pay for an Arlo Secure subscription and this is the type of support I get? Wow is all I can say.

Then you can get phone support using the support center in the app. Your web site info doesn't apply, because you have a subscription plan.

FWIW, if you didn't have a plan you are still entitled to warranty support if the camera was purchased less than 12 months ago. Unfortunately that can be hard to access. But the mods here can create a support ticket on your behalf.
