Do the Pro 4 cameras create sound when they record?

I'm hoping the slight sound I hear when my Arlo Pro 4 cameras' recordings are played is something mechanical going on inside the cameras.  It sounds like termites chewing on wood if you've ever heard that.

If it's not some sort of very faint sound created by the cameras I guess our roof is in some trouble because if that's termites being picked up by all 3 cameras, It'd have to be like something out of the Twilite Zone going on up there.

Has anyone noticed a very faint sound that seems to be a recording of something within the cameras?

It's not a big deal, I'd just be more comfortable knowing it's not some alien creature in the attic having dinner that I'll have to deal with at some point if it's not coming from the cameras.
Thanks.

Is the crunching sound periodically occurring or constant?

Is the noise loud enough to trigger the sound detection?

Take the camera down to see if it is a location issue.

Replace the battery in case it has become unstable.

Clean the battery contacts with electronic cleaner and a cotton bud being carful not to snag the contact pins.

I usually ignore mine as I suspect it is a firmware related issue.
