My Pro4 camera is connected directly to a power source. I confirmed the cable and the USB adapter to the outlet is good. My camera is still reporting, "Your Arlo device appears offline. Please make sure it’s powered on and connected to the Internet."

I have restarted the camera and repaired it with my wireless, which continues to generate this error message. A security camera that does not work provides no value.

How did you restart the camera if it's offline? Did you remove the AC power and battery to do so? Have you tried both the app as well as the web client to see if the same thing happens? What happens if you try using the camera with just the battery as well as with no battery, just AC power?

I brought the camera inside and swapped power cables. I have only used the app for adding the Pro4 camera. The camera works for a while, maybe a day, and then goes offline even though nothing else has changed. I have never used the camera with just a battery since it does not last very long until it needs to be recharged.

I still suggest a test w/o the AC connected - perhaps putting the camera in a different spot, to reduce the amount of video being recorded.
