Device image shows person but no video

Out early this morning. The "device" tab shows me outside 12 minutes ago but the "feed" has no video and I received no alert.

How far were you from the camera?

 

Can you confirm that you have a Pro 6 camera (which has a USB-C charging port, not the magnetic connector used in previous Pro/Ultra cameras)?
