I removed both pro 4 and wired doorbell from husband’s acct so I could take over admin.
Tried to add back onto his acct and nothing works. Tried all troubleshooting recommended.

Try factory resetting the camera and doorbell before going through the onboarding flow. Follow the instructions here:
