After years of using Arlo Cameras I've now been forced to purchase a subscription in order to storage captures video on their cloud.  However, for $18/mo I now getting less features than when I had no subscription.  Specifically, I cannot create a custom mode and none of my previous custom modes are now available to me.  When I look at the forum I see that this feature is no longer available, but a lot of customers are asking for it.  When are you going to update your services to allow this very important feature?
