Arlo subscription some cameras not saving recordings

I have 6 arlo cameras all in subscription that I pay for.

but for the past 28 days 2 out of the 6 cameras do not have recordings on the cloud. Please help.

Can you make a manual recording when livestreaming the cameras?

Good idea.
Yes I can confirm that if I manually record they save  to the cloud library 
 
But if I trigger them (I see the white light come on) they do not.
 
I did a motion test in the app and I do see the orange light too but no cloud recordings on those triggers.

That confirms that there is no issue related to you subscription status.

 

You might start by removing/reinserting the batteries in the two problem cameras.  That will reboot them, which might resolve the problem. 

 

If it doesn't help, then you could try contact paid support using the support center in the app.

 

Alternatively, you could try doing a hardware reset on one of the cameras:

  1. remove it from the account
  2. open the housing and press the sync button inside until the camera LED flashes amber (~15 sec)
  3. add the camera back to the account.
