Hi, new to having cameras, how do i set my Alro Pro 4 to continuous recording when people are detected? I only have them set on voices and people.
Also how do i watch the events one after the other without have to go out and come back to the next one?

There is no "continuous recording" unless you subscribe to CVR (continuous video recording). You have 2 options for recordings - timed recordings up to 2 minutes or record until motion stops (up to 5 minutes). The latter requires that the camera be able to detect motion, not your eyes. Many times the timed recordings work better. You say you have the cameras set for "voices" - do you mean audio detection? Would motion detection work better or maybe use both?
Right now there's no "Next Video" capability. Maybe that will change over time - we can only hope.
