Before I buy an Arlo Pro 4, I would like to confirm that....

If I set up the camera in Baja, Mexico, connect it to that location's WI-FI and upload data via Arlo's subscription service; will I be able to access the system from my phone while in the US?  (the phone is on a Verizon plan that covers service in the US and Mexico)

Thanks!

You will be able to livestream the camera and get notifications (and phone service in Mexico isn't needed for that when you are in the US).

One complication is that Arlo doesn't offer subscription plans in Mexico, and you need a subscription to get cloud storage.

Not sure if there is a good workaround, though setting up the system in the US (maybe matching the wifi name and SSID for convenience), and then moving it to Mexico might do it.   Some folks have used a VPN router that connects to the US.
