Are these systems installed already?  Are you perhaps migrating to a new phone???

What cell phone do you have (and what version of iOS/Android is it running)?

To join two different systems, you need to use GRANT ACCESS. (so all appear on one system)

If they are both owned by the primary account holder, they would appear on the app/web access normally
