Conditional Automation?

I'm looking for a way in the new user interface to have a mode change based on geofencing (Arrive/Leave) to one mode or another depending on the time of arrival.

So when changing the mode from "Arm Away" I'd like it to change to "Arm Home" if after a certain time and "Standby" if I return home before a certain time. I can only see how to change to it one mode regardless.

Is there a way to accomplish this?

Geofencing doesn't work like that. It makes a change when you leave and another when you return. There are no "timers" involved.

Yea I was trying to accomplish what I could with the previous user interface. There I could reference a mode in the schedule for an armed mode that would in turn have two different modes. 

My workaround has been to setup multiple staggered automations every 15 min after a set time to change from the mode it switched to when we arrive to the armed mode we want at night which differs we want during the day.  It’s not ideal but think it will accomplish what we want the best I can so far.

One thing I haven't messed with in geofencing is to try Enable/Disable an Automation instead of simply changing a mode. Have you looked into that as a possible solution?
