Brand new Pro 4 and Pro 3 Floodlight cameras with update current firmware. Choppy audio in both the iPhone app and web browser. The audio artifacts are consistent and rhythmic. Camera location is not a factor. Cameras have been rebooted. I tried to attached a video of the iPhone app and the floodlight camera that demonstrates the issue but the forum does not allow videos. Any ideas would be appreciated.

Not able to comment apart from being able to share a link to the library recordings. Go to library, tap on more symbol and click share, then copy link and paste into your post.

As suggested here is a link to an example. The sound is not as prominent in a browser as in the iPhone app where it is overwhelming.

Currently Arlo is processing a replacement although I doubt it is hardware related.

Sounds normal compared to my pro2 cameras at various times.
I put it down to a buffer issue in the Base station or arlo servers, power cycling the base station usually makes it go away for a few days.
