Cant grant access to my wife

I sent my wife an invite, she got it but she keeps getting a message saying she needs to sign up for an account, she shouldn't have to because I already pay monthly.
She is putting her own email address in, the one I sent the invite to along with the pw i chose. Does she need to use my email address? I wouldnt think she would need to use my email because then how do would arlo know who is the main account holder? She had access before but something happened and now she cant get back in.
Can someone help? Cant find the number to call them

Get into your arlo mobile app and look under settings page for the support label, select an arlo device and see what support options your given.

She uses her own account.
I am thinking that her account shows "Feed" and "Dashboard" in the app, while yours shows "Library". Is that the case?
