I am trying to set up local USB recording and the first step is to locate Settings>Devices. Where is it? The only Devices I see are the six Pro 4 cameras, and thats in Settings>Home>Devices. I'm using the web portal. I've also tried finding the Base Station Settings in the Arlo Secure app.

Solved. Thank you all. I did not realize that I needed to add the Smart Hub as a device. That was not possible to do from the web portal for some reason, but it was almost automatic from the Arlo Secure mobile app.

Had you imported the base station into your account?
The Cameras need to be added to the base to have backup storage capabilities.

What base station model do you have?
Are you using the primary account? Or are the cameras shared with your account?
Also - do you see "Library" as a menu option on the main app page? Or do you see "Dashboard" and "Feed".

That’s a first, usually it is the other way round when trying to import devices.
