Cannot View Arlo 4 Pro recordings on App

Hi there,
I recently purchased an Arlo Pro 4 and installed it along with my base station with Arlo Pro 2 cameras. However, the video recordings are not showing on the app. I am getting notifications on motion detections on the Arlo Pro 4 camera and when I plug the external USB to my computer, I can see the recordings from the Arlo pro 4 camera but I cannot watch any of it on the app.
Is there a fix for this?

The Pro 4 requires a subscription for cloud recordings. CHeck your subscription status in Settings to verify whether you have a current sub.
