My daughter cancelled her account in December 2023.  No invoice in January, then billing started again in February.  Since she no longer has an account, no one will talk to her.  This is happening to multiple people.  Unbelievable.  No way to contact anyone.  Terrible company.    She  has been billed incorrectly for 4 months.
