Purchased Arlo 4 month ago and paid the $169 membership. Now they say secure trial ends June 24.. Will not let me turn them on. Any advice?

The cameras should automatically move to the paid subscription when the trial ends.
FWIW, IMO the subscription page should suggest waiting until the trial is about to end before purchasing.
