Can’t subscribe to CVS

I am trying to subscribe to the continuous recording feature ASAP after an incident occurred and I want around the clock recording. When I click subscribe now it takes me to the page to choose your camera but no list comes up and there is no option to continue? How do I subscribe

Do you currently have a subscription? Not all countries can get them.

 

Are you using the app (which one) or the web client (my.arlo.com)? Try both.

@Dee15 - also, the Pro 4 needs to be connected through a base station (not directly to your home wifi).

 

In addition, the camera needs to be connected to AC power.
