Can't see video or any feed entry for an audio triggered event

Please help - I no longer get a video clip or any entry in the Feed of an audio triggered event.

Note that the device rule saying to record video on audio event IS selected

Any camera newer than the Pro 2 requires a subscription. You got a free trial subscription when you first installed the camera which may now have expired. Check your subscription status in Settings - if you want cloud recordings you will likely need to purchase an appropriate sub.
