Equipment: VMB 4540 Smart Hub, Pro 4 camera. Latest version of app (6.1.0_28879) on Samsung Galaxy 23
I replaced a non functioning Pro 4 camera with a new Pro 4. I had no problem adding it to the system. The only problem I'm having is giving my partner access to the new camera. We both have the new updated app and I've checked to make sure both connect via "Feed". I can check the new camera in my app to give access to my partner, but when I try to "Save" I get the message "Operation Failed".
My partner still has access to another Pro 4 camera attached to our system.
Any help appreciated.

Try deleting the friend's access and recreate it.

I was considering what you suggested. I'm just concerned that if I remove her access, that I might not be able to give her access to the camera that she does have access to at the moment.

I've never seen that to be a problem when sharing. It's a standard troubleshooting step performed by many others successfully.

I just tried logging into my account in the Arlo Website and went to My Dashboard. I was able to grant access to my partner through their and it seems to work fine on her phone now.
So it seems to be a problem with the Arlo App on my phone - Samsung Galaxy S23 with the latest update.
