I purchased 2 Arlo cameras in 2021 and signed up for the Secure plan.  I need to get a different camera system now, but am unable to cancel my subscription.  When I go to My.Arlo account, it says I don't have a current subscription...but they continue to hit my credit card every month.  I've tried the support from the website, and it is extremely limited and when I go through the chat feature and try to get a human, it says that I can't get a human!?!  What the heck kind of customer service is this?  I need a breathing person to look at my account and see what is going on and quit charging me every month!

Can you please dm me a callback number as well as a good time to call. That way I can have support look into this further. You send a dm by clicking on the envelope icon on the top right of the forum page.If you don't see it, then go into your profile settings and select preferences, then "Private Messenger." Then select "Turn on private messages" if it is turned off.

It doesn't give me an option for "preferences" under my profile settings.  You can email me at

You are looking at this forum?  (not my.arlo.com)???

 

If so,  do you see "My settings" when you click on your profile icon???
