Haven’t had monitoring of system for six months. Just signed up to use cameras. Unfortunately I tap on app and it won’t let me in. Arlo support is horrific. Not sure what I’m doing wrong. Even went to App Store and it says up to date. But have zero control of cameras.

So the issue is that you can't log in?
Also, are you using the primary account? Or were the cameras shared with you by someone else?
