I set up the Arlo base station with 3 Pro cameras for my grandmother. A few months after I set it up, her email domain deactivated her account and now she can't reset the password and it's not written down anywhere. I've gone around in circles with the chat bot, learned I can only call someone if we pay for the subscription, and determined that posting here is the only way I'll get support without paying extra for it. Please help.

Are you saying that she has no Arlo subscription (but is using the 7-day cloud storage)?

I'm tagging the mods - @BrookeN , @JamesC , @ShayneS - as they can create a support request on your behalf.
One suggestion: Consider changing the email address to yours (not your grandmother's). She can still log into the account, using SMS or push notifications for the two-factor authentication step.
