Purchased a 3 camera bundle and was able to install 2 of the cameras. When I insert the battery on the third camera I get a blue and then amber light. I am unable to scan the QR code and the factory reset button doesn't do anything. What now?

How long did you press the sync button to reset? Needs to be at least 15 seconds, perhaps more. If that fails, the fastest thing to do is to swap at the store.
