Cameras won’t charge

I can’t get my cameras to charge properly, when they do charge it takes 3-4 days to get them fully charge, it keeps telling me is not the right charger  , but I have try 9v chargers and still doesn’t work and I cant find an original Arlo charger for the pros

Is this a pro 4?  If not, what camera model?
