Arlo Pro 4 not recording to my smart hub, have tried everything and Arlo will not speak to anyone that does not have a subscription. Since last update my cameras will no longer record to my hub even with thumb drive.

Have you reformatted the drive in the hub as well as tried a different drive of at least 16GB?
