Cameras showing black when viewed with audio on home wifi

Any advice please...all cameras showing black when viewed with audio on home wifi but when use mobile data all cameras are fine..my partners phone doesnt have this problem..also no local recordings or notifications..i have reset base..re- formatted the sim card..taken camera batteries out..still not working..!!anyone phone the contact number to call for support as the virtual chat is crap with no ansers

Sounds like an issue with the phone, not the system. Have you rebooted the phone and reinstalled the app?

Support can be had if you have a subscription by using the app to go to Settings, Support and choose your camera. Scroll down to Contacts to get the phone number.
